1、在升溫段和到達(dá)最小保溫前,爐溫允許高于料溫30~50℃。 |

2、到達(dá)最小保溫時(shí),爐溫不允許超過規(guī)定最高鍛溫(最高加熱溫度) |

3、最高鍛溫與工藝規(guī)定有矛盾時(shí),按工藝規(guī)定執(zhí)行。 |
|
4、鋼錠保溫時(shí),從表面到達(dá)最高鍛溫開始計(jì)算。 |
|
5、本表未列的新鋼號(hào),由工藝員按表1近似化學(xué)成份之鋼號(hào)來確定。 |
